 2 cups vegetable or chicken soup or any other available.

Dinner:

Mix salad, 200 g protein, 1 small piece of bread.

Important tips:
Vegetables and salads are an essential ingredient in this system to raise the body's immunity.
When you feel hungry it is okey per day to eat 2 packets of yogurt and 2 fruits, you are free to eat at any time.
Walking an hour a day preferably in the morning.
On the day of freely you are accustomed to diet, you must be careful not to eat too much that you can complete the rest of the weeks successfully.
