Talk about women and their rights in different societies of the world, especially the third world, its can be painful, becuase there is permanent deprivation, in some countries, deprive women of the rights to education, work, chosen a husband.

Still some families even they live in advance democratic countries practice force marriage.

If we want to express it correctly we say that situation so grumpy, so must be coordination by work all  together men and women these two elements are more equal, and there will be a stronger consensus between them.

While women must develop their abilities and come forward to play an active role in solving the world's problems, the impact of their actions will be limited without the full cooperation of men.

Working together, women and men have achieved a great deal in the areas of influence that are open to them.

Now women must agree with men as equal partners.

When men give their full support to this process, welcoming women in all areas of human intention,  appreciating their contributions, and encouraging their participation, both men and women will be able to contribute to the creation of an ethical and psychological environment in which peace can emerge and an environmentally sustainable civilisation can flourish.

 The transformation required to achieve true equality will be difficult for both men and women because each must re-evaluate what is customary and what is routine.

 Culpability should be put aside as no one can be blamed because his personality was shaped by the thought society and historical background.

 Guilt must be discarded in favour of a sense of responsibility towards growth. In the face of the great challenges facing both men and women, it is the responsibility of all to recognise that old systems are no longer valid and everyone will be asked by future generations how they manage human civilisation and its relationship to Earth.

  Change is a process of evolution that requires patience with each others, an education of love, and the passage of time.

Alteration will be made easier when men realise that they will not be able to achieve their full potential unless women are able to achieve their potential.

In fact, when men effectively promote the principle of equality, there is no reason for women to fight for their rights.

Men and women will gradually abandon the unhealthy attitudes they have held for a long time and enter into their lives the values ​​leading to true union.

The planet emerging global will be based on a shared commitment to a new set of values, a shared understanding of the balance between rights and duties, and the willingness of each individual to contribute to the higher interests of all human being.

 Commitment to the liberation of women is not a recent development, and gender equality is not an ambiguous principle.

Our contentment is that the unity of humankind and its destiny depends on equality between men and women.

 Humanity, having gone through the stages of childhood, and adolescence, is now approaching maturity, which will see "rebuilding and disarming the entire civilised world
